You can collect your order immediately after receiving a confirmation email from empowered: [email protected], which will inform you that your order is ready for pickup at the EIS administration office, Jaunā iela 8, Piņķi.

Online Store Usage Terms

According to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, online store owners must establish rules for product delivery, returns, and withdrawal rights. These regulations are outlined in a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations).

DISTANCE CONTRACT

These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between the Buyer and EmpowerEd Fonds (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), defining the rights and responsibilities of both parties, including ordering, payment, delivery, and return policies.

The distance contract is concluded between:

  • The Seller – the owner of the online store www.empowered.lv, EmpowerEd Fonds, registration number 40008337288, legal and physical address: Jaunā iela 8, Piņķi, LV-2107.
  • The Buyer – the person placing an order and making a purchase through www.empowered.lv.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

The Buyer orders products on this website by selecting the product type and quantity. Payments can be made using the integrated payment tools in the online store.

How to Place an Order?

Step 1 – Select a Product
Once you have made your choice, click Buy, which automatically adds the item to your shopping cart.

Step 2 – Review Your Order
Go to the Shopping Cart section, carefully review the selected products, fill in the necessary fields, and check the quantity of the selected products.

Step 3 – Proceed to Payment
Click Pay to open the payment page, where you must enter the required details for contact and order processing. Choose a payment method and confirm your purchase by clicking Pay.

PAYMENT CURRENCY

The payment currency on empowered.lv is Euro (EUR).

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer payment via credit/debit card or online banking.

  • Card payments are only available if the issuing bank supports secure online purchases (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa).
  • If payment is not approved, please contact your bank or choose another payment method.

DISCOUNT COUPON USAGE

If the Buyer has a discount coupon, they can enter the code in the designated "Enter Code" field at checkout. After entering the code, click Recalculate, and the system will apply the discount automatically.

  • Discount codes may not work on already discounted promotional products.
  • Coupons are granted individually as part of the store’s loyalty policy. Some codes may be shared publicly via social media or other channels.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it by sending a withdrawal request to the Seller. The Seller will provide a withdrawal form upon request via email.

  • The Buyer must return the product within 7 days of sending the withdrawal request.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
  • The Buyer must ensure that the product remains in good condition during the return period.

According to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law (Clause 126):

  • The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.
  • The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct compensation if:
    • The product is damaged due to improper use.
    • The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
    • The product's seal has been broken (if applicable).

DATA PROCESSING

By entering their information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their data will be used for order processing in compliance with Latvian laws.

  • The Seller guarantees the security of card data and does not store any payment details.
